Make a Payment
Please note, payments can be made via your PayPal account or any major credit or debit card. Before you submit any payment please read the following terms. By submitting payment, you state your agreement to the terms and conditions listed.
PAY NOW
If you have a PayPal account, log in and use my email address (paypal@consiglipolygraph.com) to send the payment.
If you don’t have an account, after you hit the “PAY NOW BUTTON” above, put the amount in where it says “UNIT” and hit update total.
Fill in the credit card information, then click on the “REVIEW ORDER AND CONTINUE” button at the bottom. Finally, click “SUBMIT”.
Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the examination prior to the start of the examination.
- If you cancel the examination within 48 hours prior to the date of the examination you are responsible for 50% of the cost of the examination.
- If you cancel on the date of the examination you are responsible for the full cost of the examination.
- The credit or debit card must be in your name or the person making the payment unless you are using a pre-paid credit card.
- Consigli Polygraph does not accept personal checks. Only checks from attorneys or government entities are accepted.
- Scheduling an examination date/time/location must be confirmed with emails. Your email further confirms your agreement with the above payment terms
